February 20, 2021 Lifestyle Newborn Session
As a newborn and family photographer, this sweet newborn session of my first niece, Hazel, is so dear to my heart!
I just adore lifestyle newborn sessions!!! This one in particular is dear to my heart, because I was able to travel to Florida to photograph my first niece, Hazel, my older sister, Gabrielle, and her husband, Bryce. There's something truly just so special about witnessing your very own sister become a mother. As my oldest sister, Gabrielle has been preparing for this day for as long as I can remember, and now I get to witness her experience the gift of motherhood in such a beautiful way!
I've had the privilege of photographing Bryce and Gabrielle for their engagement, wedding, anniversary, maternity photos, and now their newborn photos. I have loved getting to walk through this journey of their relationship and greatly admire all the wisdom and experience that they share with me. While I may be a little biased, Hazel is such a beautiful baby!! We started their session in the comfort of their own home featuring Hazel's vintage themed nursery, and then finished up on their stunning front porch. She is true southern girl at heart, and quickly fell asleep in her mama's arms because of the warm Florida breeze.
My heart just explodes looking through each of these pictures, and some day I hope to be as good a mama as Gabrielle. But for now you can find me battling for the title of "cool aunt" and spoiling my one and only little niece like crazy! She's an angel!
